Shipping policy

In compliance with our shipping policy, we are presently only shipping within the United Kingdom and some European countries. We currently provide shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

For domestic standard shipments, the delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days from the order date until 1:00 p.m. For shipments in Europe (list of available locations above), the delivery time is approximately 4-12 working days from the order date until 1:00 p.m. Please note shipping dates are only an estimate and subject to change based on the carrier networks.

For our valued customers in Europe, please note that as a small UK-based business, our prices do not include VAT. Additionally, when shipping to the EU, customers may be responsible for paying import duties and customs fees based on the destination country's regulations and the value of the goods. VAT and duties may need to be paid to the customs authorities, tax agencies or the shipping carrier of the destination country upon import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide additional guidance or information regarding the specific procedure or process involved.

Orders are processed the same day, Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Orders placed after 1pm (London GMT) will be processed and mailed within 2 days of receiving your order.

Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
