Shipping policy

Hattusas Bazaar is currently accepting UK domestic shipments only.

For domestic standard shipments, the delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days from the order date until 1:00 p.m

Orders are processed the same day, Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Orders placed after 1pm (London GMT) will be processed and mailed the next business day.

Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email & the shipping tracking number. If you don’t receive it, please check your Spam inbox or contact us info@hattusasbazaar.com.

Hattusas Bazaar is not responsible for any payment custom costs.

  

Return policy

The buyer is responsible for return/exchange shipping cost. 

Please contact info@hattusasbazaar.com prior to sending a return or exchange.

Your refund will be processed as soon as possible once we receive the product back. Allow up to 7 days since that date for your refund to be processed. Product returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase. All sales are final after 30 days of purchase.

We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
